We have our plans can you build to our design?
Yes CAD Vogue homes can build to your design, a consultant will check the plan and provide you with the information required to do this. Just call our office on 08 89325557 for an appointment to view the plans.
We like one of your plans and wish to have some changes made.
This can be done, it is simple all we need is a sketch of the changes by fax or email or a visit our sales office, we will make all your changes on the spot.
All we have is a sketched plan, can you quote on that?
Yes, we can use your sketch and provide you with a quote on the spot.
How long will it take to complete our home?
CAD Vogue Homes can build you a house from 4 to 6 months, our customers are treated individually as such our trained Consultants will focus on the customer’s needs or requirements before setting the date of completion.
Can we pick our own colour scheme?
Certainly, our interior decorators will make an appointment to meet for the selections of our customer’s preferences.
Do you offer land?
Absolutely, a list of land is available, a consultant will be happy to meet on site or at the sales office and guide through the locations.
What about House & Land Packages?
Information is available, as builders of individually designed homes CAD Vogue Homes will package to suit the individual budget requirements, be it a first home or an investment property all care will be taken not to exceed the customers set budget.
Is finance available?
Our consultants can offer information as well as a list of recommended finance institutions.
What will I do if I must sale my house before I can build?
Please call one of our consultants who will take you through the process of doing this.
